  • 1 3 cup roughly chopped mint leaves
  • 2 tomatoes seeds removed chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • mango chutney to serve

  • preheat oven to 200u00b0c combine chicken satay sauce and 3 tablespoons yoghurt in a bowl spread on pizza bases then cover with cheese bake for 5 6 minutes until bases are golden and cheese is melted
